    Buyer reached out to us saying there was mismatched lids and one was dirty, we explained that the listing clearly showed the mismatched lids in the listing. We offered a full refund upon return of items.The customer replied thanking us for the swift reply saying upon re-looking at the listing they could see it was indeed listed correctly. But stated they were “in no way going to pay to send this “rubbish” back to you.” Disappointed in the feedback as refund was offered as per eBay’s policy’s.
