I searched for a replacement when it stopped working and decided to look into wireless options. Initial trial use of this item is very promising. As of now, with only a few days use, my only complaint is that the volume could be a little louder. It is sometimes difficult to hear transmissions when my environment gets loud (could be rectified w/ an earpiece). Overall, good size and functionality.
