    I bought the item in good faith. When I opened the package, I found the pipe broken into 4 pieces. It appeared to have been carefully packed, and the package was not damaged, so the breakage is confusing. I have contacted the seller and sent pictures of the broken pieces. I don't want to say that the seller had sent the item already broke, however, he is not willing to accept a return or refund my money. I am still hopeful that he is willing to resolve this issue.

    It’s disappointing to receive this feedback, especially given the unusual circumstances. The item was carefully packaged, the box was undamaged, and the issue was only reported nearly 30 days after delivery—outside of eBay’s official return window. Instead of opening a proper return case, I was pressured to issue a refund with no return, and now this feedback feels more like leverage than a fair review. I stand by my integrity as a seller and encourage all buyers to use eBay’s official process.
