I purchased on Monday it didn’t get to post office till Friday days after I had to ask seller. Paid full price not an offer which included priority ship but seller sent it ground. Yes item was new but it arrived in horrible condition, every corner of box was crushed due to shipped in bag mailer not bubble or boxed. Yes asked for partial refund for inconvenience seller refused. TERRIBLE

The headphones were a nice color. Unfortunately, the headphones were non-working, so they had no usable quality. The seller gave me refund after I sent pictures showing what was wrong with them. I think the seller was duped by the open box store where he got them.
