        The buyer made an offer, and we made a counteroffer. The buyer did not accept the offer. The next day, the buyer purchased the item at full price. Then the buyer said we were not honest and requested a refund. They had contacted Ebay, so we told them we would happily refund the difference once they had received the outcome from Ebay. That was the last communication we received until this feedback. You cannot overcharge someone on ebay. They just paid the full price and not the cheaper offer.
