You cannot ship an item like this (something needed by people in every day life) and take several days to even take item to the post office. The Burner was carefully packaged and shipped on July 5th in the morning, less than 24hrs from the point of sale. I did not take several days to take the item to the post office! Since you are located in California and I am in Ohio translates to a longer ship time. However, the burner was delivered on July 9th, which is really good for USPS. Tried to request feedback revision, no answer!
