    I unpacked your order this morning and unfortunately, four of the large plates did not make it. They were packed in the smaller box (they were the bottom four plates) that was at the bottom of the larger box. The larger box may have been dropped (or set down hard) and the weight of the plates on top did the damage. Six platers made it and all the rest of the items were OK. I think you did an excellent job of packing. You should be able to put a claim into the shipping company. Let me know.
