    the condition the lip balm came in was brand new! the quality of it is good, tho for me at least it can dry out my lips if i do to much, so i use it a few times while i stick to another lip balm after to keep my lips moist lol the value is kinda crazy, 12 bucks for that tiny of an amount, but its not really a huge deal :D
