I contacted the seller and they told me I had to get in touch with you to get a return label so I could send them back they said they were sorry but they couldn't do anything . The large broken areas were more than a chip and there was no broken glass in the box so they were sent to me that way.I can't take pictures of them because the because the breakage is underneath the rim and the balls were clear glass.Reply from: vahokiejairus- Feedback replied by seller vahokiejairus.- Feedback replied by seller vahokiejairus.We understood the buyer was unhappy with their purchase and did our best to resolve the situation. The original listing shows photos of the chips on the rim of the bowls and the description called out the chips. However, the buyer threated a negative review in order to exploit a complete refund and not returning the bowls.

Fortunately, once I did open it, I was very pleased by this Corning Ware. The roaster is narrower than I thought it would be, but it’s still perfect. It was shipped promptly, wrapped securely. Thank you for another positive eBay experience.
