      I've used it for a few nights. It seems to work somewhat. It does relax you a little bit. I think I need something a little bit more. I've had this problem for years and without using other narcotics or something heavier which I'm trying to get away from. This seems to kind of work if you have a lot of trouble sleeping. I don't think this will work for you as didn't really work for me. I'm still using it. Going to use it up but I wouldn't count on it working
