    Tried to cancel the item because it wouldn't arrive in time. The seller denied the request before even sending it out. Then the seller took 15 days to send the item, unacceptable. They printed out the shipping label two days after I requested to cancel the item, and then once they finally sent the item, it arrived in two days. Never did they communicate with me. I tried to open a request with Support when it took so long, but the seller didn't respond, and it finally arrived.
