The seller cited postal strike as the cause, but there was no postal strike in the UK. Two week later after no response from the seller, Ebay has acknowledged the no delivery and has started the refund process. Needless to say I will not be using the seller again and if this is the standard adopted by them I would not recommend the seller to any other person either.
