I have shipped heave stuff from Japan(military address) probably heavier and it did not cost that much. Either way. I have eBay automatically calculate the cost of shipping based on the item size, weight, where it is going to, and where it is being shipped from. Buyer says that he has had things sent to him heavier for less money, but it depends on how close the item is to the international shipping location - which is probably not where I am located. The buyer knew the cost of shipping prior to him purchasing. Bad buyer. He's blocked.
