When I made offers he only counter offered with listing price, $35, and said he’d recently reduced the listing price and had given me his counter offer. Yet most of his pillows are listed at $35 + $15 shipping. He should have removed the OBO from his ad. The seller also claimed the pillow had crushed foam as part of the filling, which is untrue. He also took 4 days to begin shipment process.

They recommended that I glue the pieces back together--but did not address the mold/mildew at all. Weeks passed, and I never did hear anything definitive about a damage claim from the shipper. NEVER did the seller suggest I send it back until I'd finally gotten rid of it bc I couldn't keep mildewed furniture in my home. So no refund. Nothing. Worst experience in 24 yrs on this site.
