    Purchased on September 26th, never recieved. The seller has been apprised through message on Oct. 4th, never responded, and the other day. Seller apologized, and guaranteed I would receive my refund, but she wanted to talk to the carrier prior to issuing a refund. Why? If the seller guarantees my refund, why do I have to wait from the carrier. That's the sellers problem, not mine. Please release my refund for a purchased made but never recieved. I've been a eBay member since 2005. Issue refund.
