But with the use of 6 rubber bands, a bamboo hibachi skewer, a fresh tube of Duco cement, and a quartz wrist watch this was set back in place in 15 minutes. Without putting on the new ribbon I typed on a fresh paper with a paper backing. X sometimes hangs up. Sometimes the space bar freezes, but a back space and a second try releases it. I wonder if Ernest Hemingway was a touch typer. The machine must be pounded.. Hunt/peck a must
