      The laptop arrived safely and was well protected, which I appreciate. However, my clear request for compact packaging was ignored, and the item was shipped in an excessively oversized box—large enough to fit several laptops. This resulted in very high forwarding costs and delays. Communication could have been much better, as my message before shipment went unanswered. Safe arrival is important, but so is respecting buyer requests and clear communication.
