    Seller provided a minuscule partial refund vs accepting a return. Item arrived partially damaged due to assertive packaging. Attempted to communicate with seller, only received less than professional correspondence, tread cautiously with this particular eBay seller.

    Full disclosure: the damage the buyer is referring to was the cutting disc itself. A consumable piece that isn't even included when you buy this tool new. They "assertive packaging" is the fact that we bubble wrapped and shrink wrapped the tool to protect it which ultimately damaged the $10 disc but protected the $250 power tool We offered the appropriate amount to replace the cutting disc.
