Requested a simple replacement, but Seller would not accept anything other than a return and refund. When trying to replace the order, Seller raised the price by $50 and provided no other recourse but insisted on their price hike as if they had no control over it. Unhappy customer... we still need the repair items. This company is falling WAY short of their customer service written guarantee.

I put them in the TV worked great, but after 2-3 days the picture went out. I contacted the seller to ask if he had a replacement part I could buy. unfortunately he didn`t, but told me to request a return and he`d approve it. I was surprised that the return was free. Great seller !
