    Similar to seller’s other negative feedback, seller delayed shipment for well over 2 weeks rendering the item unusable for my January occasion. Seller didn’t respond to messages, so a refund case was opened since item still hadn’t been shipped. Seller ignored my request & shipped item anyways. Seller was unwilling to acknowledge fault, despite all issues stemming from their end. I was then forced to opening a return for refund case to which EBay customer service sided in my favor.
