- e***i (864)- Feedback left by buyer.Past monthVerified purchaseI desperately needed this Q-Logic 3 programmer and Keystone shipped it immediately securely / very well packaged. It functions exactly as it should as described. He respectfully responded to my concerns that it may require to be flashed at intervals and confirmed it would not (it is unlocked). For me it was a good price as I was faced with a 2 hr commute both directions each time to get to a source that could do programming for me (as the local DME is nearly impossible to get into).
