This was very poorly packed for shipping - I paid about $100 for the shipping of the product - and it had clearly been damaged. It was dropped and dented and bent on a corner. The product was loosely packed in a too-large box and wrapped in bubble wrap that did not fill the box. So, it was either badly damaged when shipped, or it sustained the damage while being shipped and extremely poorly packed.
