Works like other expensive "serums" you may have tried, or find on-line, but you can mix your own with SP, and make maybe 5 times as much as those .30 ml bottles. Tip: save your Sudden Change bottles for mixing SP, but remember to work with the measurements. :-) I had an initial problem with the eye dropper I had received, I messaged the seller, and they apologized, and sent a new one right out. Great customer service!
