    Great price but item was not made for sale in the USA. Item worked fine but I won’t be able to get customer service and warranty help if needed down the road from Ricoh due world trade and compliance laws due to the fact to the fact it was made for sales in Europe. This was expressed to me by Ricoh customer service when I gave them my serial number when I reached out as I had an installation question. This fact was not disclosed in the description. In all fairness seller might not have known.
