It was just some awkward instructions to get it set up, like you need wifi to do it and it's set to disabled with no way to turn it on. Maybe some instructions would help like "pick setup without wifi" and then you can enable it later and do what you need to do. I ended up finding a YouTube video that explained, but it should be easier for the buyer.
