      Very disappointed with this seller and item. Seller took a week and a half to dispatch the item, did not respond to messages until I opened a case with ebay. Then blamed ebay simple postaged, when tracking proved the day the item was actually dispatched and was magically on the move with no issue there after. Item was missing contents promised by the seller and the car and controller dont appear to be bound, so unable to use the item, though stated as fully functional. AVOID SELLER!

      eBay Simple delivery is organised by ebay. The seller does not hold the contract for delivery with the courier (or can even see the buyers full address). This means the Courier will NOT entertain anything other than basic publicly available tracking requests with the seller and buyer. eBay have to request the courier open an investigation or claim with the courier which they wont do unless the seller opens a case.
