    If the item was damaged by UPS you need to provide us some photos so we can file an insurance claim with UPS. You will need to provide entire photos of the laptop not just the keyboard area. The photos need to be of the laptop we shipped you same model and not a different laptop. UPS will inspect the item as well. We have contacted the buyer requesting photos the customer has not provided any photos yet
