    The seller chose a very expensive shipping method, but then, at my request, changed it to a much cheaper one. Over the course of three weeks, I repeatedly messaged the seller asking for a refund because I paid much more for shipping than the seller. It turns out the seller is making money on shipping, not refunding the extra money I paid, and not responding to the buyer's messages. This is extremely unfair and rude.
