Avon just throws everything in a box, ships UPS, and hopes for the best. The Dugout bubble-wrapped each item in its original box and then boxed the bubble-wrapped boxes. I think the items would've survived a nuclear war. They survived USPS. I've never experienced this level of care from a seller anywhere. This all explains the shipping cost.
