A New York expert on Asian bronzes I know looked at it & stated that it was NOT a 19th-century original, but a 20th-century reproduction. I'll never buy Asian on eBay again. Seller needs a new source! I should realize over time, Asian bronzes on eBay have high a percentage of forgeries & outright repros & *most* sellers can't tell the difference. I bought it, so I'll own that. I'll give as a gift to someone probably. Not for my collection.
