      The ATM harness does not work. Tested with another that does not use the HSD cable to route the ethernet to HU (had to route the cable myself) and it works perfectly. Seller is unresponsive and just left my questions unanswered.

      This harness was fully tested and verified for correct pinout before dispatch. I do not provide installation support for the entire ATM retrofit — only the harness is sold. The buyer repeatedly asked unrelated installation questions which I could not continue answering. This item is intended for people with the proper knowledge to install it. In this case, the buyer lacked the required skillset and incorrectly blamed the product for their own mistakes.
