Ordered the hats because I was under the impression that a union brother(who should never screw me over),was benefiting from the purchase. A lot of text tag and pointing the finger. Many lies and false promises to make a horrible customer service experience. This is not union. This some shifty china stuff here. Putting text conversations I didn’t have space for

I made contact about the product through several platforms, got a response, was told another one was in the mail. Waited another week to get tracking number and shipping information. No response, waited the three weeks for replacement. Ultimately bought another hat to cover shipping. Was told tracking number was otw. That’s a week ago. 100$ for 1 hat. Still a 2 month s later
