I decided to glue it myself rather than return it. Other than that, it's a good product. I didn't want a cardboard box. Quality is 2 stars. Condition = 5 stars. Value is 4 stars; I shouldn't have to glue the interior. Appearance is 5 stars. I ultimately bought another one and it had the same problem, but I expected.
