    Windows laptop was advertised as a working computer. I asked the seller expressively if the computer was working. He answered it was. However Windows doesn't work on the machine. Answer seller: it was not stated that Windows worked on the machine. I expect a Windows computer to work. with Windows. Next time inform the buyer properly. And answer inquiried completely regarding whag you are selling.

    Der Laptop wurde funktionstüchtig verschickt. Ich habe mit diesem Käufer bereits alles versucht – Rückgabe oder eine teilweise Rückerstattung –, aber das hat nicht funktioniert. Der Käufer hat den Laptop geöffnet/ausgebaut und versucht nun offenbar, ihn wegen angeblicher Windows-Probleme als Geschenk zu erhalten. Es tut mir leid, aber ich kann den Laptop nicht verschenken.
