    Started by contacting the seller asking when item will ship. Found out she didn't have the item, but printed a shipping label. Because a label was printed, eBay assumes the item has been shipped. eBay won't accept a refund request until a certain number of days has passed.Seller wouldn't acknowledge my request to refund or cancel this purchase (after the waiting period). I had to get eBay to step; and wait another 3 days. Seller wouldn't cooperate even though she did have the item to sell!
