    As soon as I reported that I had not received the item(contacted the seller on November 3rd, 2025) and requested a refund (item was due between Oct 25 - Nov 1, 2025) the seller immediately responded the same day, stating that he had issued a full refund, told me that the item had been lost during shipment, and, if the item showed up, then I could keep the item free of charge.
