    its not dye. its a rubbery substance that the manufacturer added to the fabric. there are 2 very clear, close up pictures of the shoes and it is stated in the description that the shoes are peeling and to refer to the pictures. sorry that you didnt take the time to examine the pictures of the thing you are buying or read the description before purchase, but that is not my fault. thanks for the positive feedback but those comments are unnecessary and have nothing to do with me.
