There is a tie ring over the ear projection plates and the end of the brow plate. This is for attaching a transverse crest, if you are inclined to be a Centurian. There seems to be ten Centurions for every one Legionary in reenactments now days. The "H" is identical to the "G" so you might as well get the cheapest one you can find. Quality is decent.
