It was in the condition promised (new) and was packed about as safely as a pillow can be. If I had a gripe it would be the shipping cost since it was quite high given how close I live to the seller, but I knew that when I made the purchase so I can't really complain. Hope to visit their physical location someday and find even more cool stuff!
