      Siamo dispiaciuti dell'inconveniente.Purtroppo l'articolo che aveva acquistato era venduto al metro ma erroneamente la descrizione e l'immagine riportavano ua bobina.Il codice associato era del prodotto al metro e i nostri operatori a gestionale vedevano 0 scorte in quanto la giacenza era caricata nel codice in bobina.Siamo dispiaciuti per come è stato gestito il suo ordine e per non aver approfondito il problema e riteniamo che il suo rammarico.Ci contatti in privato, le forniremo uno sconto
