Now I'm suspicious of the seller, who sent me a product of inferior quality.

    No deception. It is in fact an authentic James Gasket, We buy them in 10 packs. We don't send the original packagaing to the buyer. If you had bought 10 we would have sent the entire package. Now we have a negative review because you don't understand how things work.
