- g***g (225)- Feedback left by buyer.Past monthVerified purchaseEasy and great packaging. Photos were great an as described.
- b***m (1)- Feedback left by buyer.Past monthVerified purchaseThis item came broken due to poor packaging. The original box was wrapped in a piece of cardboard which barely fit. The top was bulging. The seller overcompensated the lack of a proper box by tightly wrapping the figurine in bubble wrap causing the delicate flower in the bouquet to break off. I knew as soon as I took the figurine out of its original box it was damaged because I heard the rattle of the broken piece. The seller refusing to accept a return and give a refund.Reply from: kkubed- Feedback replied by seller kkubed.- Feedback replied by seller kkubed. This buyer is being dishonest here. I never refused a refund. In fact, I asked for photos and information in order to file a claim that I never received. Furthermore, I have 100% raving reviews on all my packaging, especially the Lladro statues, so I disputed poor packaging on my part. It may be, perhaps, an issue in which the buyer simply didn't take care in opening the package. This is why I requested photos. If damaged during shipping, cooperation in filing a claim is the remedy.
