    The condition is new, appears to he high quality. The value is excellent. The product is the only one that fits my 1977 T-BIRD. All others on the after market say they fit but don't. The aftermarket products are assembled, this product, are the piece parts. You need to bolt it together. Especially helpful was the picture in the selling description of the dimensions. This was essential to determine the fit for my car. Excellent job by the seller to include this information.
