They probably broke during transit. But with a little patience and superglue, they were able to be reattached to the bracket. On the other hand, after cleaning the expansion memory pins, the graphics card now has 8 MB of memory instead of the expected 4 MB. After some testing it seems to work very well without any issue. Overall, it was a good experience. Thank you!
