It definitely was as described used and most likely I will not be able to repair it. Once I opened the back cover I could see that the balance wheel was broken and the shaft would need replacing. From previous experience if I can find a replacement it would cost around $100+ to replace. I was contemplating leaving a neutral. It could have easily been identified and listed in the description and most likely I would not purchased it.
