    Probably not your fault, however, the delivery of this product originated in NY, went to NJ, then to FL (where I am located), then to Houston where it awaits shipment! It is 4/1 and I am still waiting in Florida for the delivery! I have used Jane Iredale for many years and love the product. I'm just not sure why the insane circuitous delivery route!

    My item arrived perfectly wrapped but upon opening the bubblewrap around the eye shadow case, I noticed a lot of powder. It was all over the box too. When I opened the case, it was totally crushed. I don't know how it could arrived in this condition unless the eye shadow had already been cracked and crushed inside before shipping. I tried reaching out to the seller but there was no response. View this seller with caution
