My experience coincides with those who left pos. reviews. Very professional, considerate pkg and on-time del'y. Buyers fail to appreciate the expenses involved in procuring appropriate bubble pkgs, flips and handling, resulting in slim profit margins. My conjecture re "cleaning" was unfounded. Optimum lighting contributed to a misperception of "cleaning." I was wrong, not entitled to a discount, apologize, and intend to rectify the error. As an ideal eBay seller, you deserve consideration.
