    This review was sent prior to contacting me. I have spoken to her and apologized for the error. I am sending out the correct pillow and have given her the one she received in error to give as a gift or keep for herself. There isn't much more I can do to provide good customer service. This bad review affect my sales and as I have already stated, I have done all I can do to make it right.
