One is installed and working of two ordered and received. Had to have Honeywell / Resideo deregister both units as prior owner had been using at some time in past. First one is working fine including the Wi-Fi feature. Second one, has some mechanical damage on mounting plate where left mounting screw was removed-appears that a drill driver socket rubbed a nearby circuit board component to the right of the screw mount hole. I am inquiring about refund or replacement on it. See photos attached.
