Even though the baker appeared to have been packed well, apparently it was mishandled in shipment, which resulted in the lid being broken. I did not ask for a refund because I happened to have a lid from another #113 where the bottom had broken, so it worked out. The costs for the baker, as well as the shipping, were satisfactory.
